135A Time frame for lodging review application where alternative dispute resolution conducted about same matter (1) This section applies to a review application about a matter if an alternative dispute resolution procedure is conducted about the same matter. (2) A review application to which this section applies must be lodged within the relevant time frame stated in section 135(2) unless regulations made under section 328A prescribe otherwise. Section 135A was inserted, as from 1 July 2005, by section 27 Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 (2005 No 45).
