Section 136 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Corporation to acknowledge receipt of review application

136 Corporation to acknowledge receipt of review application When the Corporation receives a review application, it must send the applicant an acknowledgement— (a) indicating when the review application was received; and (b) containing an explanation of the effect of sections 146 and 147 .
