152 Corporation to provide names of persons entitled to be heard (1) As soon as practicable after receiving the notice of appeal, the Registrar must notify the Corporation that an appeal has been lodged and request the information described in subsection (2) . (2) The information is the names and contact details of any person who had a right to be present and heard at the hearing of the review (other than the appellant). (3) The Corporation must provide the Registrar with the information within 7 days of receiving the request from the Registrar. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 155
