153 Notice of hearing place and date (1) The hearing of an appeal must be at a time and place fixed by the Registrar. (2) The appeal must be heard at a place that the Registrar considers is convenient having regard to the needs of the parties and the efficient administration of the court. (3) The Registrar must notify the appellant of the time and place. (4) The Registrar must also notify any person (other than the appellant) who had a right to be present and heard at the hearing of the review of the time and place, and give the person a copy of the notice of appeal.
