155 Hearing of appeal (1) The following persons are entitled to appear at the hearing of the appeal and to be heard at it, either personally or by a representative: (a) the appellant: (b) any other person who had a right to be present and heard at the hearing of the review. (2) An appeal is a rehearing, but evidence about a question of fact may be brought before the court under section 156(2) . Compare: 1998 No 114 s 158
