Section 2 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Commencement

2 Commencement (1) This section and sections 40 to 47 , 265 , and 274(3) come into force on the day after the date on which this Act receives the Royal assent. (2) Clauses 56(5) and 64(2) of Schedule 1 come into force on 1 April 2003. (3) The rest of this Act comes into force on 1 April 2002.
