Section 234 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Levies may be collected by instalments

234 Levies may be collected by instalments (1) The Corporation may collect any levy by instalments if the person liable to pay the levy agrees. (2) The Corporation may charge a reasonable fee to recover its costs of collecting any levy by instalments. (3) A fee charged under subsection (2) forms part of the associated levy for collection purposes.
