Section 238 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Effect of review or appeal about levy

238 Effect of review or appeal about levy No obligation to pay any levy, and no right to receive or recover any levy, is suspended because— (a) an applicant has made a review application relating to the levy in accordance with section 236 ; or (b) an appellant has filed a notice of appeal relating to the levy in accordance with section 236(4) ; or (c) any person has challenged the amount of levy, or the obligation to pay it, in any other proceedings.
