Section 241 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Statements

241 Statements (1) An employer and an earner must provide such statements of earnings or estimates of earnings as the Corporation may require. (2) Statements required under subsection (1) must be in such form and contain such particulars as the Corporation may determine. (3) The Corporation may require any person who provides a statement under subsection (1) to provide further information, and the person must comply with the requirement. Compare: SR 1999/196 r 24
