Section 242 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Failure to provide statement

242 Failure to provide statement (1) A person who is required to deliver any statement, document, or other information under section 241 and who intentionally fails to do so commits an offence against this Act, and is liable to the penalty specified in section 315 . (2) Subsection (1) does not apply where a statement, document, or other information is to be provided to the Commissioner as an agent of the Corporation. Compare: SR 1999/196 r 27
