Section 254 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Limitation period

254 Limitation period (1) Despite any other enactment, an action or remedy for the recovery of any levy, penalty, or interest by the Corporation may be taken until the expiry of 10 years beginning on the close of the date on which the levy, penalty, or interest became payable. (2) This section also applies to a levy or penalty payable under any of the former Acts by virtue of this Act. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 323
