Section 256 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Application of payments

256 Application of payments If a person who makes a payment to the Corporation does not identify the Account or levy to which the payment is to be applied, the Corporation— (a) may apply the payment to such Account or levy that the Corporation sees fit; and (b) must notify the person accordingly.
