Section 261 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Relationship between Corporation and subsidiaries

261 Relationship between Corporation and subsidiaries Except as otherwise specified in this Act or as required by virtue of any delegation to a Crown entity subsidiary of the Corporation, a reference in this Act to the Corporation is not to be read as including a reference to any Crown entity subsidiary of the Corporation. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 330 Section 261 was amended, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115) by substituting the words “ to a Crown entity subsidiary of the Corporation ” for the words “ under section 260 ” . Section 261 was amended, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115) by substituting the words “ Crown entity subsidiary ” for the words “ subsidiary company ” .
