269 Further provisions applying to Corporation The provisions set out in Schedule 5 apply in relation to the Corporation (but, unless specified, not any Crown entity subsidiary of the Corporation). Compare: 1998 No 114 s 338 Section 269 was amended, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115) by inserting the words “ Crown entity ” before the word “ subsidiary ” .
