Section 297 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Entitlements not affected by Court direction

297 Entitlements not affected by Court direction In making a determination under section 296 , the District Court must not— (a) direct the Corporation to provide any independence allowance payable in respect of the previous injury; or (b) direct the insurer to provide any lump sum compensation or independence allowance payable in respect of the subsequent injury.
