Section 300 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Public interest

300 Public interest In exercising any functions or powers under this Act or the Crown Entities Act 2004 , the Minister must have regard to the public interest and, in particular, the interests of taxpayers, levy payers, claimants, and potential claimants. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 359 Section 300 was amended, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115) by inserting the words “ or the Crown Entities Act 2004 ” after the words “ this Act ” .
