Section 303 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Restriction on purchase by Corporation of public health acute services

303 Restriction on purchase by Corporation of public health acute services (1) The Corporation must not make any kind of agreement with a district health board or other provider about— (a) any public health acute services that the Corporation is liable to provide under this Act, whether for the payment for or provision of those services; or (b) any other matter concerning those services. (2) This section applies to avoid doubt.
