333 General power to make regulations (1) The Governor-General may, on the recommendation of the Minister, by Order in Council, make regulations— (a) prescribing forms of applications, notices, and other documents required for the purposes of this Act, and requiring the use of such forms: (b) prescribing— (i) the matters in respect of which fees or charges are payable under this Act, including any administration fee payable in respect of levies paid in instalments: (ii) the amounts of those fees or charges, or the method or rates by which they are to be assessed: (iii) the persons liable for payment of those fees or charges: (iv) the circumstances in which the payment of the whole or any part of those fees or charges may be remitted or waived: (v) the manner in which the fees or charges are to be paid: (c) prescribing the rates of interest payable under this Act: (d) providing for such matters as are contemplated by or necessary for giving full effect to this Act and for its due administration. (2) For the purposes of the consultation requirements of this Part, the Minister may take into account any relevant consultation undertaken before the commencement of this section.
