Section 345 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Regulator's functions in respect of Non-Compliers Fund

345 Regulator's functions in respect of Non-Compliers Fund (1) The Minister may direct the Corporation to assume the Regulator's role in relation to the Non-Compliers Fund. (2) A direction under subsection (1) is a policy direction for the purposes of section 270 . (3) The effect of a direction under subsection (1) is that the Corporation assumes the role of the Regulator in all respects in relation to the Non-Compliers Fund and the Regulator has no further responsibilities in relation to the Fund. (4) The Corporation and the Regulator must then enter into an agreement to achieve the effect of the direction.
