358 Claim for cover lodged on or after 1 July 1999 but not yet determined if injury suffered on or after 1 July 1992 but before 1 April 2002 (1) Subsection (2) applies to a claim for cover for personal injury that— (a) is for personal injury suffered on or after 1 July 1992 but before 1 April 2002; and (b) is lodged with the Corporation on or after 1 July 1999 but before 1 April 2002; and (c) is not determined before 1 April 2002. (2) A claimant has cover under this Act only if the claimant would have had cover under the Accident Insurance Act 1998.
