Section 369 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Cessation of weekly compensation under any former Act because of capacity for work

369 Cessation of weekly compensation under any former Act because of capacity for work (1) Sections 100 to 113 apply to a claimant whose compensation is continued by section 365 . (2) An assessment of capacity to work that was commenced under a former Act and not completed before the commencement of this Act may be completed under the former Act and have effect as if it were an assessment of vocational independence under this Act. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 433 Subsection (2) was substituted, as from 11 May 2005, by section 58 Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Amendment Act (No 2) 2005 (2005 No 45).
