375 Compensation payable outside New Zealand for pecuniary loss not related to earnings under 1982 Act: attendant care Section 438 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998 continues to apply in respect of a person who was entitled to receive, immediately before 1 April 2002, compensation under that section.
