394 Accredited employers under Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992 Section 459 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998 continues to apply to provisions in every agreement between the Corporation and an employer under section 105(2) of the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992 that create any rights or obligations in respect of work injury (within the meaning of that Act) suffered by a person before 1 July 1999.
