Section 395 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Accredited employers under Accident Insurance Act 1998

395 Accredited employers under Accident Insurance Act 1998 (1) The framework in force under Part 10A of the Accident Insurance Act 1998 immediately before the commencement of this Act— (a) is to be regarded as the framework for the purposes of this Act; and (b) continues to apply subject to Part 6 of this Act. (2) An accreditation agreement in force under Part 10A of the Accident Insurance Act 1998 immediately before the commencement of this Act— (a) is to be regarded as an accreditation agreement for the purposes of this Act; and (b) continues to apply subject to Part 6 of this Act.
