398 Collection of HSE levy Section 478 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998 continues to apply to the levy payable by employers and self-employed persons under section 59 of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992 in respect of any period before the commencement of section 478 of the Accident Insurance Act 1998.
