59 Decision on cover independent of acceptance of levy (1) The fact that the Corporation accepts a levy does not of itself decide the question of whether or not a person has cover. (2) The question of whether or not a person has cover is determined by the provisions of this Act. Compare: 1998 No 114 s 67
