60 Decision on claim for Schedule 2 injury The Corporation may decline a claim that a personal injury is a work-related personal injury of a kind described in section 30(3) only if the Corporation establishes that— (a) the person is not suffering from a personal injury of a kind described in Schedule 2 ; or (b) the person's personal injury has a cause other than his or her employment.
