Section Sch1-63 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Child not born at date of claimant's death

63 Child not born at date of claimant's death For the purposes of this Part, any child of the claimant who is born within 12 months after the claimant's death is deemed to be— (a) dependent on the claimant at the date of the claimant's death; and (b) under the care of the surviving parent of the child on that date.
