Section Sch1-64 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Funeral grant

64 Funeral grant (1) The Corporation is liable to pay to a deceased claimant's estate a funeral grant of the lesser of— (a) the actual costs of the funeral; or (b) $4,500. (2) Adjustments to the amount specified in subclause (1) must be made in the manner provided in section 116 . Compare: 1998 No 114 Schedule 1 cl 65
