Section Sch5-17 — Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001: Chief executive

17 Chief executive (1) The Board, acting after consultation with the Minister, must appoint a chief executive of the Corporation. (2) The chief executive may not be a member of the Board. (3) Section 117 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 applies to the appointment of a chief executive under this clause. Compare: 1998 No 114 Schedule 6 cl 17 Subclause (3) was substituted, as from 25 January 2005, by section 200 Crown Entities Act 2004 (2004 No 115).
