“ 75A Accident compensation levies are additional to excise duty on motor spirits Any amount of levy payable under section 214 of the Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Compensation Act 2001 that is to be collected with excise duty on any motor spirits is in addition to, and is not included in, the amount of excise duty on those motor spirits. ”
