Section 11 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Special provision as to land under Maori Land Act

11 Special provision as to land under Maori Land Act Land over which the Maori title has been extinguished since the constitution of the district within which the same is situate, but before the 31st day of August 1874 (being the date of the passing of the Land Transfer Act 1870 Amendment Act 1874), shall come under the provisions of this Act upon the registration of a Crown grant, or certificate of title in lieu of grant.
