Section 121E — Land Transfer Act 1952: Registration of instruments against licence

121E Registration of instruments against licence (1) An instrument which could be registered against a registered lease of land may be registered against a licence that is registered under this Act in the same manner as an instrument may be registered against a lease of land. (2) Nothing in subsection (1) of this section makes it necessary to record the instrument against the register constituted by any relative instrument of title in the name of the company or in the name of any person through or under whom the company obtained its instrument of title. Part 7A (comprising sections 121A to 121P) was inserted, as from 1 July 1994, by section 2 Land Transfer Amendment Act 1993 (1993 No 124).
