Section 132 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Effect of entry. Order of High Court

132 Effect of entry. Order of High Court After any such entry has been made and signed by the Registrar in either case as aforesaid it shall not be lawful for any less number of joint proprietors than the number then registered to transfer or otherwise deal with the land, estate, or interest without obtaining the sanction of the High Court. Compare: 1915 No 35 s 133 The words “ High Court ” were substituted, as from 1 April 1980, for the words “ Supreme Court ” pursuant to section 12 Judicature Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 124).
