148B Registrar's powers if caveat does not comply with this Act If a caveat does not comply with the requirements of this Act, the Registrar may deal with it under section 43 as if it were an instrument not in order for registration. Sections 148A and 148B were inserted, as from 26 August 2002, by section 54 Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 11).
