Section 149 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Power of attorney not invalidated by bringing land under Act

149 Power of attorney not invalidated by bringing land under Act The bringing of land under this Act shall not invalidate any power of attorney previously executed, but that land may thereafter be dealt with under the power subject to the provisions hereof. Compare: 1915 No 35 s 158
