Section 174 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Liability of plaintiff for costs

174 Liability of plaintiff for costs If in any such action judgment is given in favour of the Crown, or the plaintiff discontinues or becomes nonsuit, the plaintiff shall be liable to pay the full costs of defending the action; and those costs, when taxed, shall be levied by the Crown by the like process of execution as in other actions.
