184 Interpretation In this Part of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— Applicant means the person deemed by section 186 of this Act to be the applicant Application under this Part of this Act means an application deemed to have been made as provided in section 186 of this Act Ordinary certificate of title means a certificate of title in Form No 2 in Schedule 1 to this Act or an equivalent computer register Ordinary certificate of title: this definition was amended, as from 1 June 2002, by section 65(1) Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 11), by inserting the words “ or an equivalent computer register ” . The Registrar's minutes means the minutes of the Registrar referred to in section 193 of this Act. Compare: 1924 No 32 s 2
