Section 192 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Notices of issue of certificate of title to be given

192 Notices of issue of certificate of title to be given Notice of the issue of a certificate of title under the provisions of this Part of this Act shall be sent by the Registrar to every person having any estate or interest evidenced by that certificate of title or by any memorial endorsed thereon. Compare: 1924 No 32 s 10 Section 192 was amended, as from 26 August 2002, by section 65(2) Land Transfer (Computer Registers and Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act 2002 (2002 No 11) by omitting the words “ through the post by registered letter ” . See clause 2 Land Transfer (Computer Registers And Electronic Lodgement) Amendment Act Commencement Order 2002 (SR 2002/216).
