194 Searching of Registrar's minutes The Registrar's minutes shall not form part of the register for the purposes of section 46 of this Act. Compare: 1924 No 32 s 12 Section 194 was substituted, as from 1 July 1994, by section 2 Land Transfer Amendment (No 2) 1994 (1994 No 43).
