201 No right of action by proprietor under limited certificate against the Crown or the Registrar-General in certain cases No action shall lie against the Crown or the Registrar-General by the registered proprietor of any land, or of any estate or interest in land, comprised in any certificate of title limited as to title by reason of the title or the priority of title of any person mentioned in paragraph (b) or paragraph (c) or paragraph (d) of the proviso to subsection (1) or in subsection (3) of section 199 of this Act.
