Section 209 — Land Transfer Act 1952: No action against Crown in certain cases

209 No action against Crown in certain cases No action for the recovery of damages shall lie against the Crown by the registered proprietor of land comprised in any certificate of title limited as to parcels, or by any other person, by reason of any error or omission in the description of the parcels of land comprised in that certificate of title.
