Section 21 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Applicant to surrender title deeds

21 Applicant to surrender title deeds Every applicant shall, when making his application, surrender to the Registrar all instruments in his possession or under his control constituting or in any way affecting his title, and shall furnish a schedule of those instruments, and also, if required, an abstract of his title, and shall make and subscribe a declaration of the truth of the statements in the application, and shall supply a plan of the land applied for, showing the boundaries and relative position thereof.
