Section 210 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Registration of deeds affecting land subject to this Part

210 Registration of deeds affecting land subject to this Part Any deed affecting any land brought under this Act in pursuance of the provisions of this Part of this Act which might have been registered under the provisions of the Deeds Registration Act 1908 if neither the Land Transfer (Compulsory Registration of Titles) Act 1924 nor this Act had been passed may, if the deed bears date prior to, or within 6 months after, the date of the first certificate of title for that land, be registered under this Act notwithstanding that it is not an instrument in one of the forms prescribed by this Act.
