215 Registrar may require indemnity for costs Before proceeding to enforce any penalty under this Act for non-production of any deed or instrument the Registrar may require the person at whose instance the proceeding is taken to deposit with the Registrar of the Court in which the proceeding is to be taken a reasonable sum as security for any costs or expenses which may be incurred by the first-mentioned Registrar in relation to the proceeding or consequent on any failure therein, and to sign an undertaking to pay those costs or expenses.
