217 Notice to Registrar to appear Any such person may, if he thinks fit, call upon the Registrar to appear before the High Court to substantiate and uphold the grounds of such refusal, direction, or decision as aforesaid, by a notice served upon the Registrar 6 clear days at least before the day appointed for hearing.
