221 Primary appeal to Registrar-General if Registrar and Examiner the same person [Repealed] Compare: 1915 No 35 s 204 The words High Court were substituted, as from 1 April 1980, for the words “ Supreme Court ” pursuant to section 12 Judicature Amendment Act 1979 (1979 No 124). Sections 220 and 221 were repealed, as from 1 February 1999, by section 43(1) Land Transfer (Automation) Amendment Act 1998 (1998 No 123).
