Section 223 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Procedure

223 Procedure In the conduct of actions and proceedings under this Act in any Court the same rules shall apply and there shall be the same rights of appeal as are in force or exist for the time being in respect of ordinary proceedings in the same Court. Compare: 1915 No 35 s 206
