Section 35 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Registered proprietor

35 Registered proprietor The person named in any grant, certificate of title, or other instrument so registered as seised of or taking any estate or interest shall be deemed to be the registered proprietor thereof. Compare: 1915 No 35 s 34(3)
