Section 74 — Land Transfer Act 1952: Certificate issued in name of deceased person not void

74 Certificate issued in name of deceased person not void If any certificate, whether on the first bringing of land under this Act or otherwise, is issued in the name of a person who has previously died, the certificate shall not be void, but the land comprised therein shall devolve in like manner as if the certificate had been issued immediately prior to the death.
